A Cold Winter's Night Kite - blog post image

A Cold Winter's Night Kite

Harnessing the power of four incredible vocalists: Susie Hurley, Amy Price, Vanessa Moussa and Keara Donohoe, Night Kite weave intricate harmonies over rhythmic percussion, creating seductive and dynamic arrangements that will warm a Winter's night.

Their vast experience covers folk, gospel, country, opera, pop and soul, with each vocalist throwing their own distinct style into the songwriting melting pot.

Night Kite’s upwards trajectory has been swift, with the girls already collecting an impressive array of achievements. Quick to become regulars on the Sydney scene, they have held residencies at the Robin Hood Hotel, become favourites at The Rhythm Hut in Gosford, and support original live music by playing at local and underground events.

The girls are excited to be headlining the Baroque stage at Winter Magic on June 24, at 6pm. Keara says "We are so pumped to be returning to the Mountains and getting to experience the amazing atmosphere of Winter Magic both on and off the stage! Our music is a mix of folk and soul that's really driven by our four part vocal harmonies. We love mixing it up on stage and think our tunes will be a great fit for the Winter Magic style."
