‘The Good Lovelies’ share the love, live @ The Metro

JUNO and four-time Canadian Folk Music Award winners, The Good Lovelies are back in Australia, for the launch of their new album "Shapeshifters". Don’t miss the vocal trio live at Fusion Boutique’sMetro Social”,Wednesday, 4th April ‘18.

What’s not to love about “The Good Lovelies”?

Kerri Ough, Sue Passmore and Caroline Brooks are each immensely talented vocalists and songwriters in their own right, but when put together, their interwoven voices create a powerful and pure, organic and inspiring harmony that’s out of this world. They represent the essence of a creation. In concert, their impeccable vocals, winsome song-writing and comedic banter have won them acclaim across Canada, USA, UK, Australia and Europe.

Over the course of more than a decade they have covered plenty of stylistic ground, including "folk-pop", with country folk as their core and first love. The trio first united in 2006 for a one-off performance: they have since recorded eight albums, won a JUNO plus a whopping four Canadian Folk Music Awards, and charmed audiences across the globe, with the unmistakable sound of their intertwined voices as the sonic anchor.

While in Australia, the group will also be appearing live at the Blue Mountains Music Festival, Yackandandah and The National Folk Festival as well as a special series of concerts to be held across NSW and Victoria.
