Join a very special local night of creativity in the Baroque Room, Carrington Hotel with PKN Blue Mountains Volume 21 on Sat 21^st Oct at 7pm.

PKN#21 has lined-up a great selection of presenters for the night, with:

Rosa Del Ponte - Of Junction 142 fame. Rosa is well-known around the Mtns for her legendary efforts in helping locals struggling with poverty and homelessness.

Roger Kidd – Known for ‘Retro Rehash’ on RBM 89.1fm. Be sure to tune in every Friday arvo 4pm - 6pm to hear Willem and Roger guide you through the local music news of the week.

Lachlan – The friendly ‘Pied Piper’ busker, you may have seen Lachlan on the street playing all those interesting flutes from around the world.

Get caught up on PechaKucha?

Originating in Japan, PechaKucha Nights (PKN) are a night of 'chit chat', where speakers can gather and talk about a range of topics using photo slides. Loose PKN guidelines say, you can expect a PKN to include between 8-14 presentations with around 20 slides displayed per each presentation. Each slide is usually displayed for 20 seconds.

So, if you're passionate about design, travel, art, photography or even just general academia, you’ll be in for a real treat. Expect a night of great open discussion! There are no limitations on a PechaKucha night.
