Save the Date — BMCAN Launch

Celebrate as the Blue Mountains Artists Network (BMAN) evolves into the Blue Mountains Creative Arts Network (BMCAN), Thursday 18th October 6 - 8.30pm 2018, at the Baroque Room.

Join the arts evolution!

Open invitation to all creatives—visual artists, musicians, dancers, writers, filmmakers, illustrators, intellectuals, whatever your practice—to discover how BMCAN is reaching out to include all our Blue Mountains creative people and organisations.

BMAN soon to be BMCAN are the people who have long supported artists, bringing you the popular Blue Mountains Arts Trails, open studio weekends and members exhibitions at the Edge, Gallery One88, Braemar Gallery and the Wild Valley Art Park.

BMCAN's kicking off officially with a celebration of our 2018 Blue Mountains Creative Leaders.

Join MC Maggie Davis as BMCAN:

  • Present the 2018 Creative Leader Awards
  • Refresh your mind, body and spirit with local performers, presentations, drinks and food in this arts experience curated by Meg Benson
  • Showcase the new BMCAN website, created by Brad Diedrich, highlighting our members' online gallery of their artworks, our Arts Trails and Open Studio program, and new initiatives such as the Talking Art Project and the Wild Mountain Collective.

When: 6–8.30 pm, Thursday 18 October

Where: Baroque Room, 86 Bathurst Rd, Katoomba. *Above the Harp and Fiddle. New entrance from the Carrington driveway.

*An 18+ event.
