The poetic beauty of the absurd interests me.
As an artist and through the process of painting, I investigate the absurdity of our social constructs. Where capitalism meets the natural world, I’m fixated by the existential threat of Climate Change and its sociological ramifications. The suited figures, dressed in their provocative, protective skin, occupy my narrative works. They are a symbol of both the psychological and physical struggle of the individual, confronted by the consequences of both their actions and failings.
